This case is rock solid and impossible for the con-man to be exonerated...unless he's got a crooked and corrupt, inept Trump appointed sycophant judge in his pocket. Oh wait...he doesAileen Cannon...and she's doing/done everything possible to delay this trial until after the election. This rookie, Trump bought farce of judge is his only hope. She needs to be removed from this case, since she has no intention of doing the ethical (and required) thing by recusing herself.

(a)Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself/herself in any proceeding in which his/her impartiality might reasonably be questioned.

(b)He/she shall also disqualify himself/herself in the following circumstances:

(1)Where he/she has a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party

-28 U.S. Code 455

I would bet...You said absolutely the opposite when there was a case being sought against the Bidens for mishandling top secret documents and even emailing them on computers that were not protected from spying and with passwords a child could break.

The two cases aren’t in the same league trump knowingly obstructed copied onto another computer documents that he legally no longer had access to not to mention the willful obstruction top secret stuff that’s serious ju ju this case needs to be adjucated before the election you know all of this allready why continue to flog a dead horse?

I remember being hooted after putting up this quote from the NY Times, Aug. 18, 2023

How Many of Trump’s Trials Will Happen Before the Election?

< Michael B. Mukasey, a former U.S. attorney general and longtime Manhattan federal judge, said because of the complex issues raised in all four of Mr. Trump’s (criminal) cases, “I think the odds are slim to none that any of them gets to trial before the election.” >

So Mr. Mukasey got it wrong. One has.

We agree he will be convicted. I know that the jury is made up of 12 of his peers and anything you claim is just lies.

If convicted would Home Detention be most appropriate sentence?

Any judge not willing to do all they can to see Trump convicted in time to help Biden in the election needs to be removed and prosecuted for treason!

Haaa no any judge who purposely delays a case of such importance and meaning to the election is highly suspect……..I personally could care less about the judges political party as long as the case is adjudicated on the facts and decided by jury

And as long as Trump is denied due process and ultimately convicted, yes?

Why did we wait three years again?

Quoting the great receiver on the New England Patriots , Julius Edleman before their historic  comeback in the Super Bowl , “Its gonna be one hell of a story”. Trumps  greatest comeback , will better that!

Oh I suspect you know the answer to that one lol the DOJ bent over backwards trying to get trump to do the right thing.trump chose to lie hide obstruct and force the DOJ to take the documents back that’s it in a nutshell as you well know …..but guess ya got a job to do ehh???

You already know the answer, starting with the NRA waiting one year to get the documents before informing the DOJ.....

Strong proof, AKA factual evidence and admission (recent doc redactions ordered by Judge Cannon) by illegitimate SP Jack Smith that the prosecution team tampered with and staged the evidence and judge Cannon is going thru many motions (see link below) that should see this case tossed out and /or see it go to trial next year or maybe by 2026. This case is imploding for Biden's lawfare team trying to prevent Trump from winning at the ballot box. Bigger wreck is occurring now in Fulton Co for feckless Fani and her bogus RICO case.

Laughable and feckless attempts trying to destroy Trump and the constitution. It is failing and Trump will become POTUS NOV 5th, 2024

You think there's a difference between a main presidential candidate and a private citizen?

A skip load of classified documents is not an "I forgot".......🤣

Yes, the DOJ does not care about prosecuting private citizens that are criminals, they only care about stopping the opposing Presidential candidate.

Again, where is your outrage?

Where is your logic? Trump is almost 80 and he's been well liked and doing business in New York for almost sixty years, and all of the sudden when he beats Hillary and might beat Biden all the sudden he's Hitler.

Biden and Hillary both get passes for stealing documents, Trump need to be tried for treason and hung, and it must be before the election.

Of course, your cult will cry "false equivalence" or some such, but in fact, what Biden and Clinton did was much worse.

The question you should be asking yourself is why you are so outraged. It’s really very simple: everyone is equal under the law, and if someone is suspected of committing a crime or crimes and there is enough evidence, they are prosecuted. Not persecuted, mind the difference.

Trump could only draw 3,500 in the Bronx.

Why doesn't Jack Smith try the accomplices in this case right now? If convicted, maybe one would flip.
