How to get certificate of residency in Bangkok?

Featured Replies

Unfortunately, my old style work permit with my address has been "upgraded" this year and can no longer be used for license renewal or to purchase a motorcycle.  What documents do I need at Chaengwattana  to get a residency certificate?  Can an agent do it for me?  Thanks.

In this last thread ubonjoe posts a link to form that CW uses.

Note: appointments for COR not available at CW. However if your TM47 report window is open you can book appointment for that and the same desk will process your COR application.

200b.

The io will even photocopy the TM47 receipt.

Does anyone have an agent they have used for this?  I would like to avoid a trip to Chaengwattana!  Thanks.

You could inquire with one of the Bangkok agents such as ThaiVisaCentre.

I doubt if an agent will obtain a COR at CW.

Keep in mind that you must have your most recent TM47 receipt.
