School Of Thai In Chiang Mai

Featured Replies

I see the Walen School of Thai advertised, but they are in BKK. Are there any other Schools of Thai that I can attend near me, Chiangmai, and still get that student visa?

I'm 27 years, American.

Thanks, I checked both of them out. AUA does not offer a student visa, but the rates are very good, about 70 baht per hour for the classes. Payap does offer the service, but at what a charge. 20,200 baht for a 6 week lesson plan, and you have to do that at least 4 times per year to keep the student visa active. Payap will set me back over 80,000 baht per year.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'm still looking for one like school of Walen around here, in Chiang Mai. Anyone have any other ideas?

If you dont have the money to get a visa from the Thai authorities under the new rules guess you just have to keep looking for the cheapest gig you can find and expect them to charge what the market will bear.
