Playing around with some new ideas this morning I would like to show the results.

But I don't tell you what it is, sorry!

Have a closer look and you tell me what it is :o

It's all the same, only different variations of garnish and presentations.

Oatmeal pudding?

Congratulations!!!!!

(I call eat Oat-Mousse) according to my ingredients.

May be another one tomorrow from the pastry kitchen.

Looks yummy Gerd. Was it easy to make? Might be something my kids would like.

Milk-1L

Oats-250g

Sugar-200g

Eggyolk-6pcs

Eggwhite(snow)-6pcs

Whipping cream-0.5L

Lemon skin(yellow ones)-0.5pcs

Gelatine leaves-6pcs

Cook the oats(simmering) with the sugar until very soft, lemon skin included.

Add the soaked gelatine.

Put into the fridge.

When it starts to get thick add the whipped cream and after this the beaten egg white.

Put in moulds to chill down for some hours.

I think this one is some form of salmon mousse? With red peppers, maybe some cucumbers?

Great!!!

Salmon Mousse with Ratatouille stuffing it is.

Can be served cold or heated up.

The last "Monday" one, in 10 minutes it's tuesday.

This would have to be a Thai Carpaccio, oh cross-cutural Gerd. Si o no ?

Marinated in a concentrate from lemongrass, lemon and oil(olive).
