Milk-1L Oats-250g Sugar-200g Eggyolk-6pcs Eggwhite(snow)-6pcs Whipping cream-0.5L Lemon skin(yellow ones)-0.5pcs Gelatine leaves-6pcs Cook the oats(simmering) with the sugar until very soft, lemon skin included. Add the soaked gelatine. Put into the fridge. When it starts to get thick add the whipped cream and after this the beaten egg white. Put in moulds to chill down for some hours. Gerd
