I just did a few searches on the internet trying to find out what the differences between a Norsor and Chenot deed are. I was not able to find much (I did learn that Norsor is a popular last name though - google, oh well!) Can anyone give me a brief rundown of what each is? Thanks.

I've been looking some more and it appears that a Norsor does not allow me to buy the land but to rent/lease it. Thanks everyone for your help in the past. I think I got it cleared up.
