The downside to be healthy

The upside is it's good for your body. The downside is most people are unhealthy and social events are based around junk food and alcohol. I think I need a drink. These blueberries are overrated.

Try some blueberry schnapps and a spliff. 

I like once a week drinks, works well, also junk food, once a week is ok, keeps it under control. The other side of the coin is guys getting fatter and fatter and many become alcoholics

Start a group based on your interest.

Drink slowly when in a bar. Make your last drink non alcoholic.

Choose Thai food out, maybe not healthy, but it's not junk or ultra processed.
