Hello,

Sorry if this is not the correct forum

I have a dual voltage wall socket in my bathroom. 

The voltage is currently set to 240v.

Would it be safe to use this socket to use a fan for the bathroom?

Is this bathroom in Thailand ? if so then the fan should work  however it's not very safe to have a free floating fan in the bathroom where there are wet floors and wet persons who might grab hold of it and get a shock.
