In a way, they just did that by stopping a higher income threshold, or how do you see that? Do you see it as finances aren´t an obstacle for many people in the process?

they didn't scrap it (although they may well eventually), they said the planned future increases from the current 29,000 are on hold until a new review is carried out.

 

38,700 was planned for early 2025.
