Just in the last two weeks alone, Trump has successfully insulted and lost a large number of black voters, women voters, veterans, young voters, and we can only imagine who Trump is going to insult and disenfranchise next. 
 

Best thing Harris can do is to continue to avoid media interviews and limit Trump to the one upcoming debate in early September. There is nothing she needs to prove now because she's already the favored candidate who is widely winning on the basis of potency alone. She can just continue to do rallies, focusing on the key swing states, whilst siting back and letting Trump continue to bury himself in the growing pool of his own destructive and teetering missteps.

As for the H-1B visas.  Do they just want cheap but talented slave labor, or do they actually pay people the going rate? Or is the going rate reduced because of all the people on the visas?
