Land office - quick or drags on
For those of you who have bought or sold a condo before how long does it take to sort everything out at the land office? I have a 1pm appointment and need to catch a flight that evening, so trying to assess whether things generally run smoothly and it can all be sorted in an hour or so or takes much longer? I will have a lawyer with me but don't want to entrust them with the whole process and want to be present myself. -

Bangkok taxi driver berates passenger over travel distance
So who is the official registered driver from the taxi company then? How would having that information assist anyone as he wasn't involved in the incident? Someone was driving the taxi.... ... Either it was someone else approved by the Taxi company, and they know who it is but are avoiding responsibility. ... Or, it was another additional driver that the taxi company knew nothing about, but the registered driver knows who it is. ... Or, the tax was stollen and no one has any idea who it is. I think the latter is not really a probability... Either the original registered driver knows who the driver was, or the taxi company - either way, someone is lying.- 1

I'm not an expert on us politics but I'm pretty sure if Biden had dropped out of the race sooner perhaps kamela Harris might not have been the chosen presidential candidate. As it is because trump can not help being trump many would vote for anyone rather than him and I can't blame them. That being said she is running a very good campaign to suit trump. Republicans are moaning her debate looked like she was primed and ready ( isn't that what you're supposed to do ?) Republican are saying she has no policy 🙄 what is trumps? A concept of an idea 8 years in the making? Asked if project 2025 is for him ? " no I've never read it ( this 100% I believe) I don't agree with it but some parts are good? What is it ? 🤔 -
