The Op has been cryptic about which online Web Portal (internet Banking) he's struggling with.

I'm not sure why (perhaps he fears Thailands defamation for stating he finds the interface of xxx bank poor to use !).

 

Ops end game appears to be not to use a smart phone at all.

i use bangkok bank internet banking since many years without any issues. it's easy to use ...

however i would prefer they would add two-factor authentication (via cellphone) instead only user name and password ....
