Where are there open borders? An open border means that one can cross without difficulty.  Crossing into the USA still requires passing border security. Europe's Schengen Area is a  region where borders are relatively open among member countries. Since May 12, 2023 and through February 29, 2024, DHS has removed or returned over 593,000 individuals, the vast majority of whom crossed the southwest border. The  border crossings who do not comply with  US rules are getting stopped and tossed out.
