Anyone taking Mounjaro?

Any BM's taking this medication?

Last night I was talking to my daughter back in the UK. She is a Urology Dr. in a hospital there. She was telling me that a consultant she works with has been taking Mounjaro weigh loss drug for six months. Apparently it has almost miraculous benefits. He was BMI over 30, onset diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Six months later and all resolved - life-changing in fact....... She reckons huge numbers of people will soon be taking it.  Apparently the drug itself is cheap (like GBP5.00 for a month's supply) but the injector pens are costly to make, pushing the price (in UK) to well over GBP100.00 for a month. 

I don't need this medication at the moment because my BMI is just about in normal range and I am not diabetic or HBP, but nice to know its available.

Mountjaro is not available in Thailand.  Rybelsus and Ozempic are, but intermittently.

As above. Not yet available in Thailand but other drugs with similar action are.

I'm in the US and have been taking compounded Mounjaro rebranded as Zepbound for 6 weeks.  It makes me feel less hungry and I have lost 7 pounds so far.

Has anyone researched the least expensive providers of Rybelsus, Ozempic or other alternative semaglutides in Thailand?  I also wonder if any are available significicantly less expensive in surrounding countries or India than they are here?

No idea re other vountries.

 

In Thailand least expendive I know of is Medconsult in Bangkok (they will ship). But still close  to 10k a month unless you are on fairly low dose and get a higher strength then  use "click method". For example if using 0.5mg, get the 1 mg dose pen which will then last you 2 months.  Obvioudly need to take care to calculate clicks correctly.
