It's not just separate bedrooms. It's separate wings. Given that it's separate wings in Mar a Lago, that's quite a lot of distance between them. She never has to run into him if she doesn't want to. And given how often she's been seen with him in public during his campaign, it's clear she doesn't want to.

That's some impressive mental gymnastic you are demonstrating there; she's does nothing as the First Lady - well that's because she's a mother and has a 'business empire' to run. Ok, then what about not being at hubby's side even when he was shot - well who cares, just look at her. She doesn't even sleep in the same wing as Trump - well the husband of the Queen of England said over 150 years ago it was the secret to a happy relationship.

Btw, if she is proud of her nude modeling work, she has the right to be - same goes for Madonna during her NY soho beginning - and I salute her...however I just wonder why the YT clip that I saw back in the days was taken down?
