Well I might not go that far, as I hate that term, but it's more than likely a transactional relationship and it was likely that from the very beginning. A woman does not fall in love with a man like Donald Trump. She just decides, for whatever reason she will spend time with him, but you don't fall in love with a man like that. There's nothing about him that's lovable, there's nothing about him that you can respect or honor, or adore, so you cherish his money and his fortune, and his promises to you that you will get some of that.

 

But, there's no point in any of us pretending that there's more to it than that.

And when you say 'business empire' I take it you mean the cheap jewelry she hawked on QVC or getting her body out for the world to see?

 During her tenure as first lady, Melania prioritized children's issues, launching the Be Best campaign to promote children's welfare and making many visits to children's hospitals.

 

By all reports Melania was also intstrumental in persuading Donald Trump to end the family separation policy in illegal immigration cases.

 

It is also said that Trump holds her advice in high esteem and they confer a lot. It looks like a very harmonious family and Melania in particular seems a very decent, beautiful and trustworthy person.

 

It will be nice to see her in the White House again soon.
