An incident occurred on the morning of September 20, when a young woman was found dead after falling from a luxury condominium in the Sutthisan area. The 27-year-old, identified as Ms. Yothaka (last name withheld), was discovered naked and severely injured, her body shattered by the impact.

At around 07:00 Police Captain Chawarit Chan-koen, an investigator from Sutthisan Police Station, was alerted to the fatal fall. Medical examiners from Ramathibodi Hospital, forensic officers, and Ruamkatanyu Foundation volunteers responded to the scene.

The incident took place at Tower A of a 43-story high-rise in Huai Khwang, Bangkok. The body was found on the 6th floor, in a landscaped area, where it had landed after the fall. Ms. Yothaka was found in a disfigured position, with multiple fractures, torn flesh, and a fractured skull. Authorities believe she fell from a higher floor.

Security footage from the building revealed that before the fall, the victim was seen leaving her apartment and heading to the 43rd floor, which houses the building's helicopter landing pad. It is presumed she fell from there, with her body striking the 6th-floor ledge.

The victim’s sister arrived at the scene and, after reviewing the security footage, expressed no suspicion regarding her sister's death.

Investigators have sent the body to Ramathibodi Hospital’s forensic department for an autopsy to determine the precise cause of death. Authorities are also continuing to interview the family and others to better understand the circumstances leading to the tragedy.
