How do the blind do in Pattaya? Assuming he won’t care about the prettiest girl.  Probably pick the sweetest voice instead.

Thai or Falang ? he obviously won't be able to walk around alone, he could also pick a 'girl' by feel init.

What happens if he is forgotten somewhere? 

Thailand is not very 'handicapped' friendly.

He/you will find it very challenging.

So he can feel his way around?

The good news is he should be able to identify ladyboys by their voice, usually they try not to talk.

Could never go out alone of course. Poor guy will be tripping and falling every 20 yards. Don't leave him alone in a bar too. "Yes, sir. That's a 20 baht note!"  

Not much to see in Pattaya anyway.
