Anyone done this? How does it work?

 

I was told to to apply for a new replacement card on KPlus mobile app which I did. Now I am waiting for the EMS mail delivery to my address. The app says to read the instructions in the mail about how to get the new PIN code for the card.

 

* My question due to logistics and to speed this up as I am not always at the address, is how is the PIN to be delivered, is it shown on the KPlus phone app or do I have to wait for another mail delivery to the address at a later date?

Did they mention if the card will have your name on it?

I recently renewed my KBank debit card at a local branch,staff took me to the ATM outside to activate the newc card and set my PIN.

You will most likely get the same instructions with your card package

The system has changed, there is no need to visit your bank branch. I ordered the new replacement card on the KPlus app. A new card was delivered registered mail to my home with 4 days. You then activate the card on your KPlus app at home using the new card number and get a temporary PIN immediately. You then go to any ATM within 90 days and change the temp PIN to anything you like. This all came instructed on the paper card enclosing the new debit card in the post, all in Thai language with not a single word in English, so I used Google Translate for that.

The Visa debit card I recently ordered from Kasikorn Bank via K-Plus does have my name on it.
