Do Jewish People Have High IQ?

Jewish does not mean a kind of blood or genes actually. It means ideology. Their ideology is good for personal success and career. Are people with such ideology good for any government? The european history is the answer.
So we should think of this ideology as an ideology that has its advantages and disadvantages.

Jewish is BOTH a religion and a people (ethnically).

Thus an ETHNORELIGIOUS group.

It is not an ideology.

Within the Jewish religion, there are many different sects from the extremely religiously observant (an incredible amount of work and commitment)  to the very liberal reform sometimes called the Unitarians of Judaism, to the quite a few Jews who have a Jewish identity but not religious at all, often called cultural Jews. For Americans that can mean loving Jerry Seinfeld and lox and bagels.

As far as genes. you are misinformed as well. For example Ashkenazis are easily identifiable by DNA and are unfortunately subject to some diseases which are much more common to those with Ashkenazi ethnicity.

I was talking about how certain ethnic groups have a higher risk for certain disease that are linked to genetics.

Such as tays sachs for Ashkenazi Jews, sickle cell for blacks.

I wasn't talking about intelligence. That's a can of worms.

I was just saying that there are distinctive ethnic groups associated with Jews.

So people saying Jewish is only about a religion are objectively wrong.

There is a strong tribal aspect (you are a Jew from your Jewish mother) in the anthropological matrilineal sense.

I'm not interested in the IQ debate but we've been through this before.

Being Jewish by conversion is not encouraged at all in Judaism. So though not exactly rare is not super common either. So the majority of Jews do indeed have a Jewish ethnic identity. Obviously when Sammy David Jr. converted he did not.

George Washington welcomed Jews.

The Netherlands has historically welcomed Jews.

Boca Raton Florida welcomes Jews (joke break).

I'm sure there are others but those come to mind.
