Election year "statistics" remind me of going on a first date, holding in my farts and not telling any dirty jokes about Puerto Ricans.

 

Sooner or later, they'll have to top up the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, put all the unemployed newcomers in the labor pool and still adjust the monthly job numbers down for the 18th time in the cycle, and report the real violent crime rate.  And the stock market is 90% owned by 10% of Americans.  

 

And don't forget the prospect of WW3 in Europe and/or the Middle East...

The cumulative rate of inflaton is over 20 percent since Jan 2021.   BTW, the current rate is 2.4%.
