Almost get the idea that US troops invaded the Ukraine, or attacked Gaza, but no. Only US troops in action are a result of invading Iraq, and destabilizing an entire region. Just another Republican air head did that.

Because Trump supports Arabs against Israel? Are these home schooled Arabs?

Typical blind puerile response. It's IMO more because they think Trump is more likely to bring and end to wars whereas they see Harris as just a continuation of the administration she's been part of the the last four years. Mi is the tightest race now.

It is inconceivable to anybody with a brain that Trump will end the Middle East wars in a. way which favors Arabs in even the faintest way. He's far more likely to just ban them as immigrants and has said as much.

Correct.

Leftists lack reading comprehension. They either missed or ignored this:

Arab Americans support Trump because of his focus on Peace and Prosperity and not bombs and wars.

More of the same. Where has he said he will ban Arabs. Just ridiculous. He has said and continues to say all are welcome and continues to say so. The difference between Trump and Harris is that Trump says all are welcome though via the legal channels where for Harris it's simply been all are welcome including murders, rapists, gang members etc.

To speed up the process, Trump has said he could invoke the archaic Alien Enemies Act of 1798, which allows for summary deportation of non-citizens from a foreign country with which the US is at war.

Does that imply Trump will need to declare war on near half the world to validate use of the Act?

No, he doesn't need to. He will suggest we are already at war with Arabs because Israel is our ally and they are.

By invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 the enemies Trump is speaking of the criminal elements of the illegal aliens such as the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua not Arab nations. Of course technically the US is not at war with any Arab nation just as the US is not at war with Russia.

So not so useful for the majority of South Americans and Cubans?

De Nile is in the Middle East. Why are you ignoring the area where US allies are at an actual war? Clearly you don't want to acknowledge the bleeding obvious.

Why? Are you saying Trump is going to round up Arabs and put them in internment camps? As for Japanese internment camps they were not Just a US thing. You do realise this I hope.

The "bleeding obvious" as you say is that the vast majority of illegal immigration that's flooding across the southern border are from Central and South American countries.

Well excuse me !  I was referring to implementation of the 1798 Act in the context of Trump's desire to expel ALL  those he deems unwelcome.

I realize they weren't just a US thing. It happened in monkey see, monkey do country - Australia - as well. And yes, I do believe wholesale deportations of Arabs is what he plans. He has form against Muslims in the covid pandemic.

He doesn't need to invoke the enemies act to deport criminal non citizens and can't against the people you mention. . You are being deliberately obtuse.

Democrats are deporting Cubans because they know tyranny and will vote Republican.

ANY Illegal Alien can be deported for crossing the border illegally.

The Alien Enemies Act is just an additional lever of federal government enforcement of the border.

Which is utterly irrelevant to illegal immigration.

How exactly can he apply the enemies act to illegal immigrants from friendly countries?

Being obtuse is not something you can accuse me of. I'm not the one wearing the blue blinkers.

Former President Donald Trump, whose bid for the White House has been dominated by his increasingly hardline anti-immigration rhetoric, is vowing to use an obscure, centuries-old law to expedite the removal of undocumented migrants from the U.S.

“I will invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to target and dismantle every migrant criminal network operating on American soil,” he said at a recent rally in California, one of several in which he has brought it up.

Trump is promising that, if reelected, he will use the act to initiate a federal effort called “Operation Aurora” — named after the Colorado town that he claims has been taken over by Venezuelan gangs, which residents and local officials dispute — to target undocumented migrant gang members for arrest and deportation.

Which, as I thought, makes suggesting the invocation of an antique Act just a grandiose attention grabber.

Please enlighten us as to where the ignorance of any laws is. Are you capable of backing up your comments with anything at all that comes across as thoughtful not simply emotive with possibly some sort of supportive evidence?
