Nixon on His Knees: Where is our William Safire when we most need him?

Featured Replies

Dear Folks,

Anyone here still recall the great William Safire?

Where is he now, when we could benefit most from his commentary?

If you would read one of his articles about NIXON ON HIS KNEES, then you might appreciate just how far we have fallen, from days of yore....

Everyone recalls the day Nixon sank to his knees, drunk, with Kissinger by his side....

As Nixon prayed for.....something or other.

But did this actually happen, as reported by Woodward?

Well, this must have been a fantasy, because, as everyone knows.....

All USA politicians are atheists.

Is there anyone today who is able to write like Safire?

Besides....JT....of course.

Also, would you say that most USA politicians are complete atheists, pandering to a nation which scores extremely high in religiosity?

Just wondering...
