Please suggest reliable taxi firm which can offer taxi service from Suvarnabhumi Airport on arrival to Jomtien, Pattaya. I had taxi firm for many years I used but driver no longer offers same now.

Yes, I have used Nam's taxi service three times now, to and from Suvarnabhumi,  and it is superb. Extremely punctual and professional .

isn't there a cheap bus?

I had been using another service but they let me down a few times so about a year or so ago I switched to https://www.tomtaxiservice.com/ and they have been good

There is.  There is also the AOT limo service but some people, myself included, are happy with a taxi service.
