OP, you are thinking of drive through CM.

 

If attending in person you are advised to make an appointment.

You will need a TM30 for change of address from CM (according to your previous thread you have that already.

In future you could consider report via mail.

Needs to be done 15 days prior to due date.

Thanks for the reply  only just moved to Minibrui I belive the first report of 90 days can be made by post after registing TM 30,

to bad ur not in Phuket where the drive thru often takes less than 5 minutes   🙂

Yes.

TM30 is not mentioned in mail option however you do need to have done a TM30 (change of address) 

Note must be mailed 15 days prior to due date.

I use two B4 envelopes.
