Hi.  When I was living in Thailand for many years previously, I used to do the 90-day report online.  However, I left Thailand for one year and just came back here this September.  On 29 Sep 2024 I received a one-year temporary extension of stay at Chaengwattana and was informed that my 90-day report would be due on 28 Dec 2024.

I just tried to report online as before, but I got this reply:

For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required.

I will go to the immigration office this week for the 90-notification.  Could I handle this at the Chamchuri (where I have never been before) or would I be required to go to Chaengwattana?  Thanks.

To do 90 report you need to have have TM30 for that office.

Are you meaning Pattaya

I have a TM30 for Chaengwattana but not Chamchuri.

If you want to do your 90 report at Jomitien then you need change of address (TM30)

I misunderstood your post. You stated....."Chamchuri"

You need to apply for 90 day report in person at CW

I think Chamchuri Square Imm only does 90-day reports for BOI people/companies.

You'll have to go to Chaengwatthana.

Consider making an appointment; there are some slots available on January 2 & 3 - you can file up to 7 days "late" (in person).

What day did you return?

How were you informed? Verbally? Or were you given a "Receipt of Notification" with a "Next Report Date" of Dec. 28, 2024?

That is correct. Your FIRST extension date counts as day 1.

So you obtained extension Sept 29.

Your starting date is September 29, 2024 so that means that 89 days later would be December 27, 2024.

Attend CW prior to that date.

Perhaps there are no appointments available prior to that date.

You can report in person up to one week late and not receive a fine.

Fine is 2000b

Thanks for your advice, friends.  I went to Chaengwattana today and did the 90-day report.

If possible can you give report.

Assume you didn't make appointment.

What did you supply.

How long did it take without appointment.

I saw reports saying that I takes 5 hours at CW, without an appointment

That's why I asked OP for report on his experience today

You need to go ChaengWattana...first 90 day reporting has to be in person. After that the TM47 can be done online. You do not qualify for a reporting at the Chamchuri Bldg in Bkk

It works this way, if you do not get your extension or visa through the One-Stop service center at Cham Churi Square, you can only use the main immigration office at Chaengwattana for 90 day reporting

Hello, friends.  I’ve been asked for a report of my experience with the 90-Day Report, so here it is:

I arrived at Chaengwattana Immigration at 11:20 on Wednesday, without an appointment, and was given Queue #304.  I noticed that #149 was being served at that time.

At 12:00 noon, work stopped for lunch break until 1:00 p.m.  I waited from 1:00 to 3:20, when I was served, taking just a couple minutes.  I was given a Receipt of Notification instructing me to report my address again on 19 Mar 2025 (in 90 days).

To do my report required only my passport and completed TM47 form.

I had also taken a copy of the Receipt of Notification of the TM30 form which I had submitted earlier in the year, but I wasn’t asked for it.

So, I was at the Chaengwattana Immigration office for four hours, one hour of which was lunch break.

Now that I’ve accomplished the in-person notification, I will continue with the online 90-day notifications as I had done previously.

Thanks for report.

This mirrors my experience Nov 5.

No TM30 was asked for.

She didn't even want the lease I had along with basic copies of pp..

Thanks for this report.

So their run-rate is ~ 50 per hour.
