I heard in Russia, they used to drink the urine of the person who ate shrooms because you could still get high from the alkaloids in your pee.

2) Are there any regular cops involved in arresting scum? It seems like everyone's a general with the occasional colonel thrown in. 

Does anyo e believe a major drug ring, run by foreigners, on Koh Phangan, can operate without police knowledge,  or the local mafia not being involved.

Ah well, at least while awaiting his sentence he can rest assured the authorites won't sentence him to 150,000 years, and if they do they may not keep his skeleton imprisoned for too long after he's gone. Should keep him in good stead whilst he laments he was wrong in thinking crime pays.
