"Walk Don't Run" by ???

I have an mp3 of "Walk Don't Run" that I'm trying to figure out who is the band, or at least the guitarist.  I have had this recording a very long time, not a clue as where I found it, and it has no mp3 tags.   It has been copied and copied from all sorts of devices.

Anyway, this version of the song has some guitar work in last minute of the recording and I'd like to know who the player is.  It's not The Ventures.  Maybe someone in here knows.

Is it ok to upload this ?  2.8Mb, 3 minute song.

I've got half a dozen versions of Walk, Don't Run by various artists.  Obviously, by The Ventures, too.  But there's a lot of versions on YouTube by various artists and guitar teachers.  You may want to start there.
