I though selling cannabis was illegal now?

I thought that the Thai government was planning on making cannabis illegal except for medical.  I was in CM today and the pot shops are still there and open for business. Just wondering.

Why did you "think" this? Did you "read" something? Did you "hear" something? Or did you just have a random thought?

 

Cannabis flower, regardless of THC content, has been, and remains, legal since June 2022.

 

Nothing has changed, so that's why many are confused by your "question".

Just researched it and my sources say the recreation use is illegal beginning Jan 1 2025, yet cannabis shops are still selling.

The question is a valid one.  But obviously ya'll are too stoned to come up with a valid answer.
