Living in Pathum Thani.

I did report online many times without problem.

Normally the next working day the online report would be confirmed.

Last week I reported online again, 10 days before the due date.

Today the report is still pending.

Although I did not receive confirmation, I did report my 90 days.

Should I go in person to do the report next week, a couple of days after the due date?

Or should they accept the fact that I did report my 90 days as instructed and just report again in 90 days?

There should be no fine for reporting late as I did report in time, but they did not confirm.

Cancel the open Report and do a new one online, you still have some more days time to report in person if you are not receive any response.

I wouldn't suggest that. From the OP.

....."Last week I reported online again, 10 days before the due date."

He would now be within the last 7 days.

OP, irrelevant that you made the report. If not approved you could be fined. 2000b

If no approval you could go in person up to a week after due date and avoid fine. 2000k

OP still may have some days till due date, so what will he loose when he cancels the old Report and do a new one? If not approved the next days he has to go to Immigration anyhow.

The window period for online has gone back and forth.

Some/many stating online reporting window is 2 weeks prior to one week prior. Not up to due date.

From Tod Daniels in another recent thread......

"Plus one last bit of bad news the "window to apply online" is from 2 weeks before down until 1 week before the due date (outside that window you get denied)

After many years of my online reports being confirmed first attempt, the last two, despite many attempts at each, were rejected and I had to do them in person at Jomtien. The lady there said something about their computer being unmanned when I made the attempts, which I regard as nonsense.  I'll see how it goes next month when I try filing my next  one.

I think this is correct.

So, cancel and new report would anyhow not be accepted as being too late now.

You can check it's progress on line.if it dose not show you obviously did not send it.

Online possible to see if a report has been received and or approved.

Obviously, I did receive receipt of notification. Just not approved yet.

I would rather have it rejected next day after reporting than no reply at all and wait till due date.

I had my online report denied in December at Chaeng Wattana and had to make a trip out there.

When I asked the staff why, the response was that I had not applied within the 14-7 day application window.
