oporhatch Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Hello Do not know if there are any experienced fruit wine makers here However I thought I would make an apple and lychee fruit wine , everything went well except I expected the wine to be fruitier into Secondary fermentation can I make the wine fruitier liking maybe adding more lychee syrup , or should only use lychee puree or equivalent, or just fruit ? Should i stabilize the wine first any help appreciated
CharlieH Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Stabilize the wine first, then add a purée or fresh fruit for the most natural and controlled fruit flavour. Lychee syrup is an option, but use it cautiously to avoid overpowering sweetness. Always taste-test incrementally.
