Pilots have authority. Co-pilots are there to intervene if the pilot is incapacitated, or is making unsafe decisions.

 

I don't think the proposition male pilots never make mistakes is going to fly, if you'll excuse the metaphor.

I agree with what you say but I think Thailand will fare better than you think. They have their own issues but so far seem to have avoided the DEI virus

The problem is that any discussion regarding “intellectual capability” or IQ is forbidden in todays leftist western countries.

 

The “no child left behind” act was instrumental to the dumbing down of the younger generations.

 

The flooding of western countries with low IQ morons was, in my opinion, by design.  
 

Springfield, Ohio and other small towns had ridiculous numbers of Haitians (average iq of 67) dumped on them, and it was claimed that they needed workers even though the unemployment rate in Springfield was higher than the national average.

Do you think that all applicants should meet the same standards, and that standards should not be lowered to accommodate anyone? 

 

Plenty of great female fire-fighters, but the percentage of women that want to fire-fighters is significantly lower than that of men. When you couple that with the fact that men (on average) are much bigger and stronger than women, so if you want half the fire-fighters to be women, you have to lower standard.

Birth rates are declining in many countries. The cost of raising a child is a significant factor.

 

A second factor is education. IIRC there was a study in The Economist which showed the number of children a woman gave birth to was inversely proportional to her education level.

 

I don't necessarily see depopulation as a bad thing. Earth's resources are finite, the concept economies can expand ad infinitum is simply not sustainable.

I know Liberals well and they really believe through magically education and funding "programs" you can overcome the nature of any person. This experiment has been run for decades now and is a manifest failure but they're too brainwashed to accept the facts.

 

Go to GreatSchools.org and watch literally every school in the country show the same results for different races. Every single time it's asian -> white -> hispanic -> black. I can point this out and they'll just say more funding is needed. It's hopeless and they import over a million new people every year.
