Internet Erupts Over 'Egg-Shaped UFO' Retrieval Video

A controversial video showing the retrieval of an alleged "egg-shaped craft" by helicopter has sparked heated debate online after its debut on television. The footage, aired by NewsNation, depicts a 20-foot-long object, reportedly smooth and unmarked, being transported in a sling. The craft's design reportedly resembles unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) encountered by the U.S. Navy in 2015, sparking speculation about potential connections.

NewsNation noted that the object lacked any visible propulsion system or windows, leaving viewers puzzled about its origins and function. While some viewers were captivated, the video’s credibility remains hotly contested.  

 

Reddit users expressed a range of opinions. One commenter praised the footage, writing, "This is pretty cool. I don’t know what you guys were expecting of a nighttime retrieval. This is actually more clear than I thought it would be." Another took a more cautious stance: "I had a feeling that the video would be somewhat ambiguous. I think it's great, personally, but this isn't gonna convince Joe Taxpayer."

Skeptics dismissed the video as inconclusive or possibly fabricated. One Redditor quipped, "With no frame of reference to judge size, it could be an actual chicken egg as far as I can tell." Another joked about the object’s resemblance to an egg, writing, "This video could not have been cheap to make with the cost of eggs these days!"  

 

Critiques extended beyond the object itself. Viewers questioned the terrain shown in the footage and the apparent lack of environmental effects, such as dust stirred by the helicopter. "If this was in the desert, how is the helicopter not blowing up dust and sand like crazy?" one user asked. Others noted the rope’s lack of sway and the absence of prop wash, casting further doubt on the video's authenticity.  

 

Despite the skepticism, the footage joins a growing wave of UAP-related material generating interest and debate. In recent weeks, unexplained drone sightings across New Jersey drew significant attention. These sightings reportedly began near the Picatinny Arsenal and former President Donald Trump's Bedminster golf course, with thousands of drones reported.  

 

Adding fuel to the mystery, Tucker Carlson claimed on his platform that these drones were controlled by a Chinese satellite, purportedly destroyed by the U.S. government. Carlson referenced GaoJing 1-02, a Beijing-operated satellite that re-entered Earth’s atmosphere in December. He alleged the satellite was deliberately "taken down" by the U.S., a claim dismissed by official sources.
