 at no point did he say Spain was the S in BRICS as you claimed, so you lied. 

Many countries have applied for Brics membership, I don't know if Spain has yet.

In the clip you posted he says   'are they a Brics nation' or 'aren't they a brics nation' either way.  I think its you that has convinced yourself of somethingg that didn't happen
