Worse, there was no crime to charge him on after 8 years of the most intrusive and exhaustive investigation of any living being, so they ramped up a long expired misdemeanor. 

 Worse still, he presided over and bankrolled the Ukraine/Russia war, the worsening division and misinformation that his team caused, inflation, persecuting concerned school moms, threw open the border to millions of gang bangers, let water pumps run dry in likely fire areas, and blocked investigation of real crimes aka his own corruption and treason.
