MBA at Assumption U? Semester vs Term?
I have been emailed Assumption about their MBA program but the responses are very confusing. They seem not to understand my questions. Wonder if anyone has any insights....? They list a Fast Track MBA https://www.grad.au.edu/mba-fast-track It says "1.5-2 years to complete". But the brochure indicates 3 Semesters (May - Aug; Sep-Dec; Jan-Apr). Below that they list Study Plan (4 for Thesis and 5 for non-Thesis). The "Terms" seems to be groupings of courses. I am trying to figure out the difference or relationship between the Semester and Term. It does seem that you can complete the MBA in a 1 year time frame although it spreads over 2 calendar years. I also wonder if you can enter during any semester. The responses from AU are confusing.... i think its a translaton issue... -

Transport Direct Thailand-US Flights Poised for Takeoff After 2015 Halt
I took the nonstop Thai NYC-BKK flight during its first week of service in 2005 and then three or four times a year until it was canceled in 2008. It was indeed a great flight, the best possible way to get from the east coast of the U.S. to Thailand. It had a convenient departure time (noon if I remember right) and arrived at four in the afternoon rather than late at night. Return times for BKK were similarly convenient- departure at midnight and arrival at JFK at 7:00 a.m. More than once after a Thailand trip I went directly from JFK to my office. The nonstop flight gave visitors more time to enjoy Thailand than any other flight option. However, the BKK-JFK nonstop never proved as popular as Thai had hoped. It failed to attract enough of the full-fare business class passengers who provided most of the revenue. After about six months the BKK-JFK service was cut from six days a week to four. Only one of the 11 flights I took out of JFK was completely full, although several to JFK had been. The chatter on Flyer Talk in 2008 was Thai canceled the service because it failed to hedge against surging jet fuel prices, which made the route unprofitable even if it every flight would have sold out.- 1

USA Gavin Newsom’s Stand Against Trump Revives His Presidential Hopes
Not sure where you’re from but California is a total mess loss and with Newsom a total failure. His intelligence level is very low he thinks he’s a Hollywood superstar but in reality a blazing idiot. -

Trump merchandise sold at Fort Bragg for president's speech. The sickening graft continues.
Hmmm going by your username Swissie... seems that if you re from there it is a contradiction with what you are saying. After all, your banks closed their eyes for a long time to criminals investing their money in your country. And i really dont see Europe as being all that altruistic... so fine if you believe what you are saying but most people probably dont
