Well in the case of my country our contribution (less than 5% of our defense budget) helped stop this war of conquest btw of that 5% most of it re employees Americans replenishing stores used before their expiration date.all done without spilling American blood…..+ it is the morally correct thing to do.but that said it’s looking like trumps (art of the deal) will manage to create defeat from the jaws of victory and allow putin the space to re arm and recruit more meat for his next big push.wouldn’t surprise me one bit if trump pulls us out of nato allowing putin the space to steal Poland and the rest of the Baltic.trump is Putin’s most valuable asset. -

Anyone on a ketogenic diet whilst living here in Thailand?
do you have some examples for dinners that I can eat that are ketogenic. I looked on chatgbt. I think Im going to lose a lot of weight which is not good as Im a skinny guy already. No more brown rice or potatoes or bread. If I cook rolled oats for breakfast is this ok for keto diet? -
