Either way, good to see the Trump affect spreading across the EU.

You can't have these harsh enviromental measures that punishes economies - albeit they are well intended - whilst the rest of the world ignores them (or moves very slowly with them). Either the world moves together or you can't punish yourselves. 

 

The EU was once level economically with the US, but is now miles behind.
