Three judges have consecutively issued rulings against Trump on major executive actions, CNN reported Tuesday.

1. US District Judge Amir Ali's new ruling rejected Rubio's argument their suspension was legitimate and again demanded the payments move forward for foreign aid through USAID.

2. U.S. District Judge Loren AliKhan issued a preliminary injunction against the Trump administration's pause on federal funding and grants, suspending the freeze indefinitely.

To quote Alikhan “Defendants either wanted to pause up to $3 trillion in federal spending practically overnight, or they expected each federal agency to review every single one of its grants, loans, and funds for compliance in less than twenty-four hours. The breadth of that command is almost unfathomable.” 

3. U.S. District Judge Jamal Whitehead, blocked Trump's moves to freeze refugee resettlement in the United States, stating Trump's “actions amount to an effective nullification of congressional will in establishing the nation’s refugee admissions program''.

What was truly impressive about this was the way Musk & Co. openly acknowledged their errors and promised in the future to be more transparent and...oh wait a minute...
