Who's idea was it for these Oval Office meetings. I don't recall them 2017-20?

Everything agreed to beforehand, and Zelensky was supposed to smile, shake hands, sign the agreement and mug for the cameras.

I don't think Ukraine are doing too bad if you look at the stats and bad luck to anyone that lives in Phuket and has to put up with the Russian defectors.

Russia has lost around 90,000 to 140,000 soldiers with 500,000 to 700,000 wounded since the war's start.

First of all, modern day Poland would beat Russia in a conventional war and the Russians know it. 

 

Second, Poland is protected by Article 5, guaranteed NATO mobilisation.
