Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker Calls for Mobilization Against "Madman" Trump's Authoritarianism
Presidents Can’t End Birthright Citizenship https://www.brennancenter.org/our-work/analysis-opinion/presidents-cant-end-birthright-citizenship Another federal judge blocks Trump’s order ending birthright citizenship " Following a hearing on Thursday, Coughenour — a Ronald Reagan appointee who has been on the bench since 1980 — issued his own injunction. Trump is simply trying to amend the 14th Amendment — which grants citizenship to those born in the U.S. and subject to its jurisdiction — for political reasons, the judge said. “The rule of law is, according to him, something to navigate around or something ignored, whether that be for political or personal gain,” Coughenour said. “In this courtroom and under my watch the rule of law is a bright beacon, which I intend to follow.” https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/another-federal-judge-blocks-trumps-order-ending-birthright-citizenship President’s Third Term Talk Defies Constitution and Tests Democracy The 22nd Amendment is clear: President Trump has to give up his office after his second term. What psychosocial factors lead to bickering, etc. in online forums among older men?
It's a combination of the much older phenomenon of grumpy old men, coupled with the emboldened anonymity of internet forums. Mostly benign, and generally a lot less harmful than the social media cesspools that suck in younger generations. -

Paint the town red
How does that translate exactly? The phrase "ออกไปเที่ยวกลางคืนที่ยิ่งใหญ่" (àwk bpai thîeow klang kün thîi yîng yài) translates exactly to: ออกไป (àwk bpai) – "Go out" เที่ยว (thîeow) – "Travel" or "go out" (used in the context of socializing or going out for fun) กลางคืน (klang kün) – "Night" ที่ (thîi) – "That" or "which" ยิ่งใหญ่ (yîng yài) – "Grand" or "magnificent" So, the phrase "ออกไปเที่ยวกลางคืนที่ยิ่งใหญ่" literally translates to "Go out travel night that grand", which in context means "Go for a grand night out" or "Go out for a magnificent night." On the other hand, "เที่ยวให้สุดเหวี่ยง" (thîeow hâi sùt wìang) more closely translates to "party to the fullest" or "go wild," with the breakdown being: เที่ยว (thîeow) – "Go out" ให้ (hâi) – "Give" or "to" (used here in the sense of "to make happen") สุดเหวี่ยง (sùt wìang) – "To the extreme" or "wild" (literally "end swing," implying going to the fullest or without restraint) This phrase conveys the idea of partying with a lot of freedom, having a carefree, fun time—similar to the English idiom "paint the town red."
