I get as far as the 1st sentence and we immediately have a problem. Yes you can take a snapshot of his outstretched hand and lie by falsely calling it a "nazi salute". There is a famous pic/meme of Obama, Hillary and several prominent lefties doing the same. Fortunately conservatives show this meme as a joke. They are not so stupid as to think Hillary and co are literally throwing Nazi salutes.
