Years of data. The same bias is still there. I correctly predicted all 7 swing states using this. You guys had no clue. Years of Trump abuse and not 1 clue on the poll bias.

Lets say you have 12 judges scoring a dance. The contestants are wearing red and blue. 9 judges are blue biased and 3 are red biased.

Which combined scores do you use to calculate the most accurate score?

This topic isnt about polls. Its about CNN.

Some of the people here entirely miss the point. Whether you believe Trump is up or down by a few points is irrelevant.  Let's assume his approval rating is above 50% -- which is not the case in nearly any poll -- that statistic does not grant him the right to run roughshod over the other 49% of the US.  49% of the US DID NOT vote for him to entirely dismiss the world order and global dependencies of the past 80 years.

Those of you who are from the US and know the New York finance community know, for sure, that New York banks stopped doing business with Trump many decades ago.  It's not about his recent felony convictions -- its about him being an entirely dishonest person, as he has been for longer than most of us have been alive.  Roy Cohn for President -- not what we signed up for.  Let Deutsche Bank have his business, the major US banks don't want it.

It's a good thing you didn't include "poll numbers" in the headline. Because if you had, that would make your comment ridiculous.

Well if English was your first language, you would know:

"CNN is loving". Thats the subject.

"Trumps Poll Numbers" Thats the object.

Glad to have helped.

If you have any familiarity would reasoning, you would know that evidence produced to prove a point is subject to examination. In this case, citing one poll result as serious evidence tells us a lot about how your mind works (or doesn't) but nothing much about CNN.

How many polls do you use and what weighting do you use?

Election prediction in the context of the U.S. electoral system is different from approval ratings.

The key issue about approval ratings is the evolution. Trump approval ratings have switched from positive to negative in March. That's fact, despite all your deflections....
