What !! standard ?? ISO, ASTM  or some other weird chinese standard  did they do a  Izod impact strength test, a common method for determining a material's resistance to impact, did the rebar profile comply ?Concrete-Rebar Bond Strength Test ? 

IF the steel is ok are they testing the concrete

Breaking news.......High Speed Train derails due to substandard steel....But backers claims the recycled aluminum cans used to make the steel are perfectly safe...

made from used  coke or fanta cans?
