Help needed with one question about UK frozen state pension.
@Keith5588 Les the YTer with the channel Retired Living The Dream did a Live Steam today and reported his Sub who was assured that the 185 day rule would reset his state pension by the International DWP office had completed more than 185 days in the Philippines keeping in touch with the International DWP office who told him they would need to see copies of his passport with entry and departure stamps and his rental lease agreement had completed more than 185 days in the Philippines and returned to Thailand and his state pension has returned to the same frozen rate it was before he left for the Philippines and the reason given by the DWP is they did not believe he gone the Philippines to make it his habitual home. Also note all this communication with the International DWP was only verbal phone calls and when requested to provide it in writing they refused to do so. So I think we can put this one to bed now. -

As for "dealmaking", trying to do something for personal gain is hardly 'working for the people'. He got paid by the Saudis for hosting the tournament, which is a violation of the emoluments clause. He chose making personal money over going to Dover to receive the remains of 4 soldiers who died under his watch. If only we had an Attorney General and a Justice Dept not hellbent on going after POTUS critics! Oh, and I posted a chart from the Bureau of Economic Analysts (BEA) on the Wall Street Plummets thread to show you he had the worst economic performance since Hoover. BEA is a USG agency, not a partisan think tank. BEA even projected the 2020 economy BEFORE Covid did most of its damage. Maybe BEA is also "economically illiterate"? Your guy came out last since Hoover.- 1

Drunken foreign trouble making thug gets bottle smashed over his head.
@MalcolmB Why all this Trolling and Baiting? You know there is more to it than the video shows. The jailbirds were obviously up to no good. At the beginning of the video, you can see another local pleading with the jailbirds to leave and he gets pushed. An entirely different local from the one who was standing by the foreigner and who got punched later. So it seems that the locals were on the side of the foreigner, with the criminals being up to no good. Recently, I had a similar experience, with a recently released jailbird scoping out the scene whilst I was sitting with a girlfriend. He walked past a couple of times and then sat nearby, gradually moving closer and closer, perhaps thinking that I wouldn't notice. As aforementioned, that area is rife of that sort. Don't blame the foreigner. He's there with his wife. If he got involved, there was likely good reason.
