What are you on about. Country of Residence is where you live, in my case Thailand. Earlier in the application you already put your Nationality and Passport number.

Seems clear.  I'll be a guinea pig as arriving from the UK on 1 May.

Following this official announcement from immigration, the previous topic

is now closed.

Starting 28 April, foreign travelers to Thailand can submit their data for the TDSC on

https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home

Please post your experience with the TDAC or remaining questions about it here in this topic.

The video is nothing like the actual process.  Granted it's two weeks old and the process is being developed, but better to work it out for yourself than go by what's shown above.

Read the linked threads.

let's say you got a tourist e-visa from your embassy in your country. Should you also write your visa number on the TDAC registration or you could just leave it blank? It looks like isn't mandatory to fill the visa number

They have already said that there will be a facility for the incapable to complete it on arrival.  In any case there is no requirement to have a smartphone, if you can manage to complete it before leaving wherever you are then it is surely easy enough to find a way to print the thing.

....As a twenty-year resident of Thailand...

I have looked into completing the new arrival-form, but it does not currently allow me to give my country-of-residence as being in Thailand, how should I complete the entry-form in this case ?...

Seeing that you have a re-entry permit, you have a temporary permission to stay in Thailand and therefore Thailand is, for immigration purposes, not your country of residence.

In your case you should give the name of the country that issued your passport as your country of residence.

do also have a computer-printer, it is located at my residence here in Thailand...

If your scheduled arrival date in Thailand is within three days after your departure date from Thailand, eg a so-called border run, you can complete and print the TDAC before leaving Thailand.

Otherwise, you can go to a business centre or a so-called Internet café in the location where you stay outside Thailand or, alternatively, as a last resort, do it on arrival in Thailand using the facilities provided at the arrival point before going to the immigration desk.

It is not mandatory as many travellers do not have a visa. If you do have a visa, it may be a good idea to write the visa number, as it may make the process through immigration faster.

I will be leaving Thailand next month for two nights. When do I complete the TDAC, before I depart!!? 🤔
