Just think of the amount of moral degradation that could ensue from a woman going topless on the beach, it just defies the mind to think about how low Thailand could sink and how the entire social fabric could completely come apart at the seams. Do not put that upon the pure minded, do not force them to be confronted with such immoral and  medieval behavior. No, no, no. Maintain the purity!!

More like Thai people worried about foreign women devaluing the local products.
