just tried to sign into my hotmail account and all am getting is outlook calendars etc that i need to down load and sign in .......went to the online line help which was bloody useless, so shut down reloaded again when signing in same same <deleted> outlook calendar etc. changed to chrome went to sign in .........same same

How are you signing in to Hotmail (sorry for the question)? What I do - on a new computer - is type something like "hotmail login" into Google. Once I get there, I save the page in "Other favorites". I never navigate to "Outlook (new)" via the (lower left-hand corner) blue box Search on the computer screen.
