So my name is Ryan Paul Seidelmann. Go dig up the dirt. I want to address the housing crisis in Citrus County Florida. My first idea would be to stop big developers, or slow them down. The zoning laws are why we have a housing crisis in Florida specifically and the USA in general. Let the small guy build on his own land. If there is an endangered or threatened species the town helps move it, or the state offers a trade. 

 

You can not camp on your open land there and a I get that. It would become some dystopian landscape full of campers and junk. Anyway I would campaign based upon land rights. I am sure some of the people living in Thailand that read this would love that concept.

Not sure where you got that. I am in favor of individual homesteaders building things that r are more attractive. This is my homestead based upon a Balinese villa. It is small. It is unrestricted in Hancock county WV. 

 

Alll land for residential applications should be inrestricted.

No.  There are no restrictions if you are building a singl,e family dwelling, They are making it imp[ossible to build and thats the problem.,

PS, Im looking at properties in WV. Not in Hancock though, not very attractive buildings.

If you try to build in certain places you will go through a year or more of permitting for a single family home. If you are a big developer you will have 1,000 homes approved in the same time frame. It isnt an even fight.

It's good here you can build your own building. Nobody tells you to get blue prints or architects. You can build whatever you want. Financially thats not a small thing. It is the difference between a $100k house and $250K house.

I have better things to do.. Without affordable housing the rest is academic. I do. Not support transgenders in womens sports. It isn't my hot button issue however. I want people to be able to have homes.
