Anything sounds like work.  YT sent me email, stating I can monetize my channel.  I'll pass, as don't want TH or USA looking into my finances.   I'm tax free now, and prefer to keep it that way.

 

I would probably only earn the minimum income, a few 100 $$$ a year, and not worth risk of being under the radar.  I also don't want a bunch of ads in my vids.
